🤷♀️🤷”We’ve never been in escape room, what is it and can we get out?”, “What if time runs out?”
Every day we hear many similar questions from people who have not yet discovered escape rooms as a form of entertainment. Although all worries are dispelled, we should explain how the game is played.
Each room has a certain time ⏳ for passing, in our case – escape room for team (classic quest) last 60 minutes. When you come to our location, master familiarizes you with the primary instructions:
💡 which items do not participate in the game;
💡 what is forbidden to do inside the room: use force, spin elements;
💡 informs about the hint system.
In our network, in any of the team escape rooms, you have an unlimited number of hints, for which you are not “penalized” in any way – we do not reduce the game time, etc.
With the help of walkie-talkies, there is contact between the game master and the team 📞 If you need help, you ask for it on the walkie-talkie and receive help. The master, based on your game time (how much has passed) and the stage of the quest (how much you have left to solve), gives several types of hints: suggestive, veiled and direct.
You can ask for a hint for the same riddle several times – you will be given an expanded explanation of what exactly needs to be done. Our goal is for you to enjoy the game!
Even if you took a lot of hints to your liking, don’t be upset, because here, as with any game and puzzle, experience decides everything. Perhaps, in the first quest, you still cannot find your way, how to look for hidden clues, symbols, what exactly is a riddle and how to solve it. However, the more quests you complete, the more pumped your attentiveness and vigilance will become, which will make further games many times easier for you 👍
Therefore, we recommend beginners to start with easier rooms – not because we do not believe in success, on the contrary! You can find a way out of any quest, however, a difficult escape room at the beginning of a quester’s “career” may discourage you from visiting escape rooms further 💓
